You may not have heard of the term flash freezing.
It’s the safe and effective way that fine
restaurants reputable food producers freeze
convected air to take food temperatures as
quickly as possible through the temperature
zone (140ºF to 41 ºF) where bacteria are
most prone to develop.

In the Esperanza Mansion kitchen – the source
of Esperanza Cuisine – this process takes
90 minutes or less. Within one to four hours,
temperatures in the food core drop to -20º prior
to shipment (with dry ice) to your home.

As a result, the gourmet entrees you purchase
maintain their-fresh-from-the kitchen
taste, texture and nutritional value for up to
one full year in your home freezer.
(Of course, most people can wait to enjoy
Esperanza Cuisine the day the specially
insulated thermal control packaging
arrives at your door.)
