The Esperanza Experience

Esperanza Cuisine was inspired by the guests of our
nationally renowned Esperanza Mansion located in the
heart of the New York State Finger Lakes region.
Restaurant patrons would tell us they enjoyed their
fine dining experience so much, they wished they lived
closer to our resort to sample our gourmet fare on a
regular basis.

Now they can - and so can you - thanks to advanced flash freezing technology that makes it possible to bring
our menu’s direct-from-the-kitchen taste, color and
freshness to your dining room table.

Each of our gourmet entrees is individually prepared by
our master chefs and flash frozen to -20ºF in less than
four hours to safeguard quality. Your order is then
vacuum-sealed and shipped with dry ice in specially
insulated, environmentally friendly thermal control
packaging.
